I’m thinking that…. building my spirit might be an iterative process.  I thought that maybe there was a magic bullet.  If I could find the one thing bothering me, then I could flip the switch and everything would be alright again.  But, I’m starting to think that it may not work that way.  Maybe… I need to build myself up slowly.. over time… a little more each...
